I am a trial lawyer, and have been one for more than  30  years.  During my
career, I have  engaged in all aspects of civil and  criminal litigation, trying about 60 cases to verdict, and arguing appeals  before a number of federal circuits and state appellate courts.  I have considerable experience in government, serving in the United States Justice Department for nearly eight  years, first in the Antitrust Division and then as an Assistant United States  Attorney in Manhattan.  I have spent  the last two decades in private practice in New York.
